minor improvements

Andreas posted a new version (2.7) today ensuring compatibility with SpringFramework 1.1.2 - 1.1.4 and fixing some major bugs when using Spring's AOP-features within a JSF configuration.

This is just a first step, further improvements will follow. We're sorry that we've been quiet for so long. In the last posting, I said something about a new release in November... we had quite some commercial work to do and didn't have much time. This won't change much soon, but we hope to make a more steady progress even if it is slow.

I also plan to finally provide a way to obtain the current source code to set up a workspace so that others can provide patches.
