#30 Reset current game option

It would be nice in some cases to have a "reset" button
that would restart the current game with the current
players - perhaps something on/off switchable that all
current players would need to switch on for the event
to fire.

In some games, right after one or two other players and
I start the game, someone else arrives and wants to
join. The reset option would save us from having to
launch a whole new game.
