#36 Quitting and Rejoining Problems
If you quit the game in the middle of certain actions,
the game does not let you continue when you rejoin.
For example, if you play a road building card, quit,
and rejoin, you will not be able to place your roads.
You also will not be able to see any of your pieces,
and you will not be able to complete your turn and the
game will be frozen.

It seems that if you have a Robot turned on and that can take place when
Quitting or getting cut off, it will refresh the info. So, it seems if the
Refresh is not happening when the player re-joins.
Will check to see if this an be fixed.
