#31 Longest road unstable

As I understand the rules, the person to get the longest
road keeps it unless another gets longer.

Sometimes the java game awards longest road to
another with the same number of sections.

Also, if a bot has the longest road and a human takes
over (or vice versa), the longest road bonus disappears,
even if that colours road is several sections longer than
any other.
