#12 Update points when someone wins.

The counter that shows how many points you have is
not updated after someone wins. The line in the text
box is correct, but the individual scores can be wrong.

It would be nice if:
* everyone's scores were updated to be accurate
* everyone's victory point cards were displayed in the text box

This is something we often do in real-life: "I was so
close, I had two victory points hidden." blah blah blah. :-)
