#2 Zargo files do not work with ArgoUML 0.24

When you try to open a .zargo file generated by JSeq in ArgoUML 0.24, you get the error message "Failed to find the release tag".

The code for generating ArgoUML diagrams should be updated to support the latest ArgoUML version, currently 0.24.

I have updated the code creating .zargo files by adding a version number (0.12). Now the file can be opened in ArgoUML 0.24 without errors, but the actual sequence diagrams are not displayed, only a number of collaborations.
