Sameer,

I've done a little bit more to the KeyPairGenerator and have a question. 
How to handle the URIs for our keys? I think that ideally we want to be 
able specify a URI for each KeyPair creation, but I guess we have to do 
it per KeyPairGenerator via initialise(AlgorithmParameterSpec).

What do you think?
