jSDP 1.0 released

After a long code refactoring a new version of jSDP has been released.

Even if the name is the same, the jSDP library isn't compatible with his previous versions. This because the code has been modified for permits an easy implementation of JSR 141 (even if it's still a proposed final draft from two years) and the development of some useful tools based on jSDP.

Now the build system used is Maven 2, and the jSDP Maven Repository can be found at http://jsdp.sourceforge.net/maven2
