Hi Nico, JSDoc is no longer under active development; if I remember correctly, package documentation was something that was technically feasible, but not well supported in JSDoc. In the meanwhile, the JSDoc Toolkit (http://code.google.com/p/jsdoc-toolkit/) has taken off where JSDoc left off; I suggest you look into that project, as I believe it will probably satisfy your needs.
