A friend translated the On block to Chinese. It has both the English and
the Chinese translation. He did it to get a feel for what can be done.

The project plans to have support for translations. This page gives us
an idea of what we will have to do. For example, it displayed everything
in Mozilla running on Linux but did not display all the characters on
both Mozilla and IE on XP.

Something to look into.
