[Jscheme-user] taglibs; tomcat

2 questions.  Can JScheme servlets be used with tag libraries?  Can 
Tomcat be used instead of Jetty?  I have no problem with Jetty, but 
integration with Tomcat would help JScheme acceptance among my peers.
