the /home/groups/j/js/jscheme/htdocs/index.html file does the 
redirecting to mainwebpage.html

I thought it would be nice to wait until we make an official JScheme 
7.1 release before we make
the new webpages public. That way users will be directed to our latest 
version of JScheme instead
of a 1 year old stable version.....

I was thinking that myself....
