I follow the sourceforge file releases RSS feed and noticed this project
today. In case anybody else here hasn't heard of it (google didn't seem
to know scheme4j), here's info:

"Scheme4j is a scheme interpreter written in java, with a nice GUI, a
complete help, an innovative scheme debugger, good performances.
Scheme4j, for the moment, is not a complete R5RS scheme standard
interpreter, but we're working to make it R5RS complian"
