If you then copy src/webapp/jscheme into a servlet container (e.g.  
Tomcat or Jetty or ....)
and restart the servlet container, the webapp should work...
Please tell me if you have any problems....

P.S. to get the mail demo to work you have to add the activation.jar  
file from the JavaMail site
