[Jscheme-user] New Sourceforge release

I've made a sourceforge release of our current CVS source tree

The release has three files:
    jscheme_6_1.jar  (the "binary" jar file)
    jscheme_6_1.tgz (the source tree as a tar ball)
    jscheme_6_1.zip (the source tree as a zip file)
It has been about a year since the last release.
