[Jscheme-devel] doc/doc/refman.html

After getting the latest CVS snapshot, if I open URL:

	file:///Users/gknauth/test/JScheme/jscheme/doc/jscheme.html

and click "online reference manual," I get URL not found:

	file:///Users/gknauth/test/JScheme/jscheme/doc/doc/refman.html

but this works:

	file:///Users/gknauth/test/JScheme/jscheme/doc/refman.html

These links on the jscheme.html page are similarly broken (extra "doc/" 
in path):
	online reference manual
	online user manual
	What's new page
	download
	license

This is for locally installed documentation.  It seems to be OK on the 
web site.

The link to the talk is broken (URL not found):
	http://frege.cs-i.brandeis.edu:8090/user/scheme/doc/talk.sxml
