I still get these:

Compiling the compiler....
Javadot WARNING: Can't find class jsint.compiler.Reflect
** WARNING: jsint/compiler/Reflect.scm has not been compiled
Javadot WARNING: Can't find class jsint.compiler.CompileReflection
** WARNING: jsint/compiler/CompileReflection.scm has not been compiled

Maybe those are not real issues, but I think when a new user sees 
"can't find" along with "jsint.compiler...", he or she will wonder if 
the kit is complete.
