#6 ScpTo.java and permission "C0666"

Based on the sample ScpTo.java I'm trying to set the
permission of a transferred file with the option "C0666".

The option is ignored. On my target HP-Unix environment
the file has the "-rw-r--r--" permission and not the
expected "-rw-rw-rw-".

The newest version 0.1.19 is used.
