#15 Disable Keyboard-interactive for Automated

Have automated process utilizing JSch for retrieving files from GlobalSCAPE EFT Server v6.3.8. Process failing with "bad password" even though password confirmed to be correct. Can use same credentials with WS_FTP or putty and connect without issue. Need to disable "Keyboard-Interactive" in JSch for automated method to work. How do I accomplish this?
