#4 Create IdentityFiles from keys loaded into memory

Please consider this patch for inclusion into JSch.

The patch below adds a new feature to create
IdentityFile objects from
key material that does not reside on the file system.
For example,
this allows loading the keys from the database. Same
feature makes
unit testing a breeze.
