JSch must not include the X Window server.  To enjoy X11Forwarding
on that device, you must implement X Window server by yourself.

You may know that we have developed X Window server in pure Java[1] and
we have confirmed that it can run on J2ME CDC devices with some more hacks,
but we don't have any plan to port it to J2ME CLDC/MIDP2.0 environment.

By the way, how about running VNC client on that device?
