[JSch-J2ME] JCTerm on MIDP2.0

Hi there,

In these days, I'm trying to port JCTerm[1] to MIDP2.0 by 
using J2ME for J2ME and, at last, it works now!

The source code is available at JCTerm's home page[1].
The jar and jad files are available at http://j2me.jsch.org/.
