I had misunderstood.
I think there is not a problem in jcterm-0.0.6.zip
Please confirm that the class 'org.bouncycastle.LICENSE' is 
accessible in your CLASSPATH.
We respect for the LICENSE for BC API and 
if it is not accessible, we will stop to use BC API.
