[JSch-users] SCP Transfers to a blank file

When tested for local to remote transfer from XP to Unix, weblogic, the
JSch example ScpTo.java, creates a blank file on the server.  Note, this
only occurrs when transfer is initiated programatically and  ScpTo is
called by another java program.  When run via the cmd window, the
transfer works just fine.
