Ran across this problem when connecting to a client (using the test
client provided in the examples):
Session.run: unsupported type 99
After finding this message in Session.java, it looks like the switch
statement is not handling this case (even though it is a variable in the
static final int SSH_MSG_CHANNEL_SUCCESS= 99;
So I made the following patch and things "seem" to work ok.

Is there more needed here? Haven't done extensive testing yet, but a
simple sftp upload worked fine.

I have also found another problem and it is related to that.
jsch-0.1.13 will hang up in establishing the sftp session
if the remote sshd does not support sftp.
I have already fixed that problem and it will be included in
the next release.
