[JSch-J2ME] JSch on Nokia 6630

Hi all,

I came across the port to MIDP2 earlier this afternoon. Nice work !!!

I refactored in Eclipse to avoid the java.io installation issues and
it works on my Nokia 6630, connecting out over GPRS to a server of ours
:)

I might put some work in to see if I can get a proportional font going.
