#1 Support for openssh keepalive (ClientAliveInterval)

Please add support for the OpenSSH2 keepalive
mechanism. In sshd_config it is configured by setting
the ClientAliveInterval to a nonzero value. If an
OpenSSH server is configured for this it will
disconnect jsch clients after some time.
