we recently upgraded our sshd server to windows 2008 r2 and ever since our jsch client application fails with an inputstream is closed exception. The version of ssh on this server is pegasus 5.1p1-3 and the version of jsh used is 0.1.39.
is there a known incompatibility between this version of jsch and OpenSSH and win 2k8 r2?
Also, when trying to ssh to this server from the command line, we immediately get connection closed.
