#17 java.io.IOException: Read end dead

Hi,

I've recently upgraded to 0.1.24 and received this
error once: java.io.IOException: Read end dead
(sorry no stacktrace available)

I'm using SCP from Ant 1.6.5 on JDK1.3.

Retrying the same ant script a second time didn't give
me an error; so it has to be some race condition
somewhere in the code...
