#2 SCClassLibrary Management in Workspace

There should be a possibility to manage different SCClassLibraries in the JSC Workspace.

Ideas:
- Provide an import Wizard to copy SCClassLibraryFolders into the Workspace as projects.
- Assign a special nature to the projects
- Provide an action to assign/unassign the nature from a project
- Offer projects with that nature in the Build Path Configuration
