#374 Opera9.51 Drag bug + calendar-he-utf8.js FIX

Hi,

Thank you very much for sharing the code of the calendar. I'm really impressed of it.

Now, to our subject:

In Opera 9.51 I can't drag the calendar.
In all other browsers I have checked (FF2/3, IE6/7, Safari) - it works perfectly.

Another issue is that the existing Hebrew language file (called "calendar-he-utf8.js") caused to a major problem with the calendar, displaying "undefined" words instead of the days' numbers.

It happened because of a missing line in the file. The line is:
Calendar._FD = 0;

So in order to make the calendar work with the Hebrew language file, you must add the aforementioned code.
