#90 adding <Table> capability in the <Contact>

It should be possible to use <Table> in the description of the <contact> , especially for the bogey Sping, damping, dynamic and rolling coefficient.
Simulation of a Landing gear only by a Spring and Coedd data could be difficult as Tires, damping systems, etc... could not have a linear approach.

Using a table such as : displacement (FT/M) | Force(lbf/N) would allow a better simulation for ground phase.
