#84 Separate XSD files for aero, etc.

I'm not sure of the details of XML Schema, but I fairly sure it is possible to separate out sections and include them in other ones. This would be particularly useful, for example, for validation of things like aero files that are separated from the main XML input file. As it stands, there is no automatic way to validate this files. A little copy-pasting into the main file works, but not really the best way.

An XML guru could probably do this in a couple of heartbeats. Me, about 37 million...
