#20 Hinge Moments-Force Feedback

Add calculated hinge moments and force feedback, and
a command to switch to stick free mode (pilot releases
any control, or only partial control). needed for example
for stick free stability tests. Control system friction
adjustable by config file would be nice, including spring
trim devices. trim tabs configurable on each trailing edge
of each trailing edge control surface would be nice.
gearing of trim tabs (servo, neutral/constant or
antiservo) from the config file would be best. Force
feedback is needed for controllability tests- maximum
pilots forces. Configurable as free as possible.
