#26 Provides scripts to migrate from libsbml and back

It would be really nice to have some kind of automated scripts that transform as much as possible the code written for libsbml into code for jsbml and vice versa.

As we are planning to have a libsbml-compatibility module, it is probably not urgent but many people will have to do the same transformation so some automatic scripts to do as much as possible of the work would help.
