[jsapigen-devel] had to make a couple of changes for js-1.8.5

Hi:

Thanks for writing jsapigen. It seems like a good way to get started as you
have a hello world example, something which I didn't find complete
elsewhere. I did have to make a couple of changes to get it working
for js-1.8.5. I attached the example and the files I changed.
