I looked at the examples, but couldn't reproduce your error on my
machine (x86-64, Fedora 12, gcc 4.4.3).

Not yet. I attached my input and output files to this mail.

Could you send me your input file? Sometimes it's just some typo.

What character encoding do you use? jsapigen takes care of different
line endings, but maybe there are other problems lurking.

Otherwise I'll take a closer look at it within the next few days. (I'll
have to install Cygwin first.)
