[Jsapi-developer] log4cplus in SAPI layer

Hi all,

I just created a wrapper for log4cplus to the java logging framework.
Therefore, I started to replace all occurences if std::cout with a log4cplus
call.
Maybe this is also of some interest for Stefan and the mac implementation.
In this case, we will have to find a better place for it.
