[Jsapi-developer] Reorg of the JSAPI project

Hi all,

I just committed a reorg of the project layout. I separated the freetts and
sphinx parts into separate projects (I am still having some discussion with
the sphinx4 guys whether we should add JSAPI support to their repository)
and also separated the demos into own projects.

I also upgraded the settings for the SAPI bridge to visual studio 2010.

I think that the project names of the SAPI and the Mac bridge should be
renamed to include jse.
