#3 Max Score should use all rolled balls

Right now, Max Score is calculated only when a score is POSTED. It should actually calculate based on the most current roll.

For example, in frame 5, a user may have 105. If the next ball is a strike, the user's real score is 115, but Max Score doesn't calculate for 2 more balls. This should be changed to calculate on all balls, using the player's real score.
