#33 bad JAR files in jrf-2.0-beta4.zip

The following two JAR files in jrf-2.0-beta4.zip are
unusable:

lib/commons-beanutils.jar
lib/log4j-core.jar

Obviously, the presence of bad JAR files makes it
difficult for one to compile, test, and use this
version of jRelationalFramework.

Usable JAR files are available from the relevant Apache
Jakarta subprojects:

I've had good luck so far with commons-beanutils
version 1.6.1 and log4j version 1.1.3.
