#4 Missing class will halt the packaging (Burana #3761)

A missing input class (within the closure) will
_ALWAYS_ halt the packaging process. This will occur
regardless whether the "packaging.StopOnError"
-parameter is true or false.

How-To-Repeat:
Try to package JReleaser without "bcel.jar".

Environment:
- Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.1_01-b01, mixed
mode)
