Well, not running Vista, not paying for Vista and having no plans to do either, (given an exceedingly happy switch to UNIX alternatives)--support here will be limited.
Feel free to illustrate any specific problems, tho.
Visual Studio IS supported, and it *should* be capable of targeting any Windows platform (but the binaries are really bloated, and it involves excessive DLL requirements on both the build and runtime--so we check that it builds, but the standard binary uses mingw, which hasn't been checked on Vista)
