Many compilation fixes in 0.7.4

Release 0.7.3 had many problems when compiling the software.
This has been solved. Also the xerces.jar and log4j.jar are now included.

Release 0.7.3 drops JReferences DocBook module

The new release no longer requires you to use the JReferences module for DocBook XML (still possible), but every DocBook flavor can now be used. Thanks to Jirka Kosek's suggestions.

Support for EndNote's BibTeX output

A script has been added to sanatize EndNote's BibTeX output that can be converted to BibTeXML for import in a JReferences database.

RIS input is now supported

An import filter for RIS type references (EndNote, Reference Manager, ProCite) has been added.

Release 0.5 will use SAX2

The next release will use SAX2 instead of the older
SAX API for parsing XML. Most programs will use
Aelfred2, but jref-number can optionally use
Xerces, if it was found with ./configure.

BibTeXML import added in 0.4.2

The BibTeXML import filter was implemented much
sooner than expected, and hence the quick new release.

0.4.1 release add BibTex export

In the 0.4.1 release all executables used the new
architecture introduced in 0.4.0. Additionally,
BibTex export is added.

New release can store database in file

The new release no longer depends on MySQL. A filebased
backend can be used as well by using the --filedb
.

Installation now makes use of autoX.

In other words, you no longer need to adapt
scripts, just run ./configure && make && make install and you're done.

PHP web front end added

A PHP frontend has been added to publish a JReferences database on a webpage. The pages support sorting on title and id. BibTex output is also given for all those Tex users.

New JRef:Mode command.

Added is a JRef:Mode command by which you can select
the type of output: [1], <superscript>1<superscript>,
<xref linkend="ART11"/> or [ART11].
