Hi all,

Today I made a new release with a lot of bug fixes and wishlist stuff:

* Make bibtex: elements lower case even if BibTex keywords where not.
  (in bibtex-xml)
* Reference ID in BibTex source can now be on the second line.
*  is now deprecated. Use  instead.
* Preferences should be placed in ~/.jref/
* Fixed problems with some XML files when read with Aelfred2.
* More use of LoggingTool
* Do not store references (and journals) that are already in the database
* added BibTeXML output formater
* fixed retrieving intials from MySQL database
* fixed retrieving journal info references from MySQL database
* fixed DocBook output for references
* fixed output of ignorable whitespace in jref-number
* fixed ignoring "jref:" elements in jref-number output
* fixed numbering in jref-number
* fixed orderedlist output for jref-number
* included BibTeXML DTD in distribution
* allow both attributes @id and @bibtex:id for 
* only allow in BibTeXML: Name, I.N.I.T.I.A.L.S. and NameTwo, E.T.C.
  and not I.N.I.T.I.A.L.S. Name, E.T.C. NameTwo
