#7 Refactory Problem

Refactory seems to be hanging (command line) in the
current version. It asks about the JDK, and looks like it
completes on that step, but then it just sleeps - CPU
goes to 0 on it.

I backed down from 2.9.19 to 2.8.9, and things seem to
work there.

I'm running a 3ghz machine under Win2K with 1gb of
memory - j2sdk1.4.2_03.
