Add ability to only generate/modify JavaDoc comments
while leaving the rest of the code unchanged.

This might be difficult with the current parser.

Add some mechanism to tell not to reformat certain
blocks of code, either indicated by method name (as a
regexp).

Hi,

I'd like to use the refractory to only "reformat"
code. Basically: I've got some code; I paste some
other code into it. I just want the new code indented
to the appropriate levels - reformatting the whole
file is fine as long as ALL THAT HAPPENS IS WHITE
SPACE IS MASSAGED.

Btw, Chris, we had the exchange below - I suspect if
you do the above it'll meet my needs, though I
wouldn't be surprised if the two are related.
However, if you want me to add a separate request for
the one below, do tell me.
