#53 Genre tag not parsed for FLAC files

It appears that the GENRE tag (part of the
VORBIS_COMMENT section) in FLAC files is not processed
correctly by JRec. (I'm not sure if it is a Ptarmigan issue,
or JRec DB issue.) I've verified that there is no genre
information for any scanned FLAC files, using both the
Playlist Browser in the JRec manager app and tRio. This
has been an issue in 0.2.4 and 0.2.5, and possibly earlier
than that as well.
