I agree on the local caching.  I am interested in having disconnected
Jini services.  As to the best strategy ...

Hello jrap-users,

Here is the first message posted to the list.  I am
interested in hearing your feedback regarding the jrap
prototype which is available for download at
jrap.sourceforge.net.

I would like to know what functionality works and
doesnt work.  What changes are appropriate and
functionality should be added.

If there are specific requests for enhanced
documentation, I will try to accomodate those as well.
 I currently plan to add some sequence diagrams to
docuement the somewhat complex resource access
algorithm.

I think my top priority for new functionality is to
add leasing and localized resource caching to speed up
Jini resource loading.  Please let me know if you have
any thoughts on what strategy I should take to
implement local resource caching.
