The user manual is discontinued. There is, however, a small tutorial on basic package usage contained in the file jqb-project-notes-x.hjt, which is a member of the documentation folder in each release package. ('x' in the file name is to be replaced by a release version expression; '.hjt' marks a Treepad text-file and is best viewed with a Treepad-editor, like is presented in my project Ragna Scribe.)
